For our Ah-mazing Hair (sugar-free) Travel Size vitamin bears, the recommended consumption is:

1 bear a day

To chew, do not swallow whole.

In principle, the bears can be taken together, as our products have no interactions. However, we recommend taking the collagen bears (Born This Way & Bootylicious Shape) separately from the others to maximise their effect.

Yes, these gummies can be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Most of our gummies are suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, but there are a few exceptions for which we advise against use during this special time.

Generally speaking, children and adolescents do not require food supplements.
In Europe, children are typically well supplied with most vitamins and minerals. For this reason, we focused on the needs of fully developed bodies when creating our gummies, meaning the vitamin content is somewhat too high for children and teenagers.

Due to high demand for dedicated children’s supplements, we developed our Edurino Kids Multivitamin Gummies, which are suitable for children aged 4 and over.
Our multivitamin boost provides kids with all the essential daily vitamins, along with added biotin, zinc, and iodine.

The switch from the kids’ gummies to One Bear a Day should ideally take place between the ages of 10 and 12.

If you feel your little superhero might need additional vitamins that are not included in One Bear a Day and Edurino Kids Gummies, we recommend discussing this with a doctor beforehand. A medical professional can determine any specific needs through a check-up and advise on the correct daily dosage.

Other gummies that children and teenagers can take:
- Children aged 4 and over can take 2 Edurino Kids Multivitamin gummies daily.
- Children aged 12 and over can take 1 One Bear a Day Immune gummy daily.
- Children aged 4 and over can take 1 Hey Sunshine Vitamin D gummy every other day.

When you take the gummies is entirely up to you. You’re welcome to spread them out over the day so you can enjoy a little treat now and then, or take them all at once – for example, as a 10am snack instead of your morning biscuit, as a dessert, or while relaxing on the sofa in the evening watching your favourite series. The choice is yours.

Exceptions:
- Our collagen gummies – BOOTYLICIOUS SHAPE and BORN THIS WAY – should be taken separately from other gummies to ensure they can work optimally.
- It's also important not to take BURN BABY BURN and MY METABOLIC MATCHA on an empty stomach.
- ENERGY gummies should be taken in the first half of the day (morning, lunchtime, or early afternoon – but not in the evening), whereas CALM gummies are best taken in the late afternoon or evening.
