For our Strong & Beautiful Routine vitamin bears, the recommended consumption is:

Wake Up Call Energy Vitamin: 4 bears a day
Iron Lady Vegan Komplex: 2 bears a day
Bootylicious Shape Vitamin: 4 bears a day
Ah-Mazing Hair: 1 bear a day

In principle, the bears can be taken together, as our products have no interactions. However, we recommend taking the collagen bears (Born This Way & Bootylicious Shape) separately from the others to maximise their effect.

The ideal intake depends on the number and type of products you take. If you are unsure or have any further questions, please get in touch with us via the contact form. We will be happy to advise you individually on your daily intake.

With the exception of our Keepin' it CALM, PMS Bears, Spicy Girl, Wake-Up Energy Call and Burn Baby Burn, all bears can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

However, we recommend that you always talk to a doctor, as this is a sensitive period. Your doctor knows your blood values and can therefore best assess whether it is safe for you to take them. But generally you can take them without any problems. We recommend it because it is bet. Better to be safe than sorry. ❤

Nevertheless, we have something just for you. We have developed special bears for pregnant women called 'Mama Bear - Pre-Natal Vitamins' and 'Mama Bear - Post-Natal Vitamins'.

In general, children and adolescents do not need food supplements. On average, children in Europe are sufficiently supplied with most vitamins and minerals.

The EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) does not recommend food supplements for children under the age of 4, which is why we are only legally allowed to advertise our children's products (Doin' it for the Kids and Power Paws) for children aged 4 and over.

When developing the bears, we focused on a full-grown body, and therefore, the vitamins for children and adolescents are a little too high in dosage.

However, as there was a great demand for food supplements designed especially for children, we developed our Doin' it for the KIDS vitamin: The right daily multivitamin dose for children 4 years and up.

• Children 4 years and up may take 1 gummy bear a day of our It's Beary Cold
• Children 12 years and up may take 1 gummy bear a day of our One Bear A Day Immune
• Children 4 years and up may take 1 gummy bear every other day of our Hey Sunshine Vitamin D
